Returns & refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Ordinary return conditions
Items returned because of a change of mind must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags. Trying on an item to check its size is permitted; wearing it for use is not. These ordinary conditions do not exclude requests concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for returning. Obtain return authorization and return instructions before sending an item. Our company address is also our return address: 78 Rue De La Tour, 67720 Hœrdt, France.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping for company errors, damaged goods, defects or incorrect items. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. We will review the problem and provide the appropriate return and refund instructions; ordinary change-of-mind condition requirements do not prevent a claim for these issues.
Refunds
After a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact support if you need help checking an approved refund.
